EXPECTED 7TH CPC PAY SCALE :-
7th CPC Pay Scale is fast becoming the most mesmerizing phrase among Central Government employees these days.
Every Central Govt Employee is waiting to find out the changes in their
pay scale that the 7th CPC would recommend to the pay structure. Sensing
this eagerness, Bloggers have been regularly coming up with their own
versions of what the pay structure could be. Do not take those writings
seriously sand authentically.
Based on all the changes right from the 1st CPC, until the 6th CPC, we
have predicted a pay structure. Even though we weren’t keen on it, we
have been receiving requests by email and comments. At a point, it
became unavoidable. We just had to give our own interpretation too.
Since the basic pay of an ordinary employee has evolved from 260-950-3050-7730,
the next change is expected to increase the salary by 2.5 times. Our
Projected Pay Scale is expecting an increase of no more than 3 times.
It could be 260-950-3050-7730-22500..!
More than the hike, everybody is hoping that the Grade Pay would be in proper series.
And, everybody wants and hopes for a recommendation that prescribes a
uniform Multiplication Factor (6th CPC 1.86) to all categories of
employees.

SUCH BIG SALARIES FOR WHAT. WORKING 2-3 Hours a Day!!!!
This is a bad pay structure to attract talent in Government, Medical, Teaching and Defense services. Basic + Grade pay ranges from 300 USD to 2500 USD in the above proposed 7th pay structure. It is said that, "You can only get Monkeys for peanuts". But in India quality of employees is good. You need to Groom them and make them work for at least 6 to 7 hours a day. Pay them good salaries so that they can manage family and personal expenses. Any salary between USD 1000 to USD 8000 is a good salary as per cost of living in Indian cities. I am NRI and have resigned from Class-I Government Job few years back due to poor pay structures, today I earn USD 15000 a month.
Give them a good salary so that they can concentrate on the duty no side busyness for house run
Getting govt.job is a tough task. One should have good caliber to get selection. Thereafter he is required to sacrifice his productive or 30 years of life to the Govt. In present days, due to sky racketing prices, a Govt. Servant is not in a position to acquire a small piece of house-site, rarely 150 sq.yards, out of his savings and forget about construction a small house to lead his post retirement life.Then why should a person has to waste his entire life in govt. service. That is why creamy youngsters of this generation are not interested to take up any jobs in govt.sector. Public, from out side may comment that govt.servants may not work or hardly work for 2-3 hours. If no govt.servant is working how this country is running. Majority of the sincere govt.servants work for more than 7-8 hours day and may attend their work on holidays also. Hence govt. servants should be given good amount of salaries at par with Corporate Sector and extract work from them to the extent of amount they have been paid for the job by streamline the procedures and adopting new technologies/promoting meritorious candidates to next level at regular intervals. It is required to accord good amount of salaries so that infusion of young talented personnel in to govt.service is possible other wise these sect would be drifted to Corp.Sector
THESE PAY STRUCTURES ARE MAKING CROREPATI TO DOCTORS, NURSES, PHARMACIST, PROFESSORS AND GROUP A OFFICERS. THESE PAY STRUCTURES DONOT IMPROVE ANY LIFESTYLE OF LOWER GRADES.
Child Care Leave may be withdrawn as this is a misuse of this facility and unjustice to elder employees.
the difference within the pay band is uneven....the PB 3 and PB 4 has huge difference in between..which is not in case of other pay band . they have marginal difference.. whether they does some extra work ? the PB 3 employees are the backbone of command functioning get less salary ...which is justify..
low payment instead work
good salary to Govt employees will help them to concentrate on the duty instead of side business for house run. This may also become main tool to control the corruption.
First n second grade students go to IIT n Med. Only third grade students go to Admn. Services. They don"t deserve such a huge hike.But the irony is that they are the people who decide the pay structure. So they can take as much pay as they want.
Pay and perks projected are huge compared to non governmental service citizen. Will the 7th PC use rationalised pay structure without pampering the CG Staff whose efficiency doesn't fit into their much lower desired efficiency.
i navodaya vidyalayas electrician cum plumber and some other staff were working even 24x7, they are working a lot . they must and should eligible for the above prescibed 7th pay, they must get good salaries, for their sincere work....
I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS KINDS OF SALARY CAN HIKE
in order to improve quality of work the government should change this type of pay
scales with weekly wages. The government servants have no time to work other
than reading news paper, weeklies and simply chatting with colleagues during
their working hours. So wages if paid every week would be helpful to improve
their quality of work
