7th Pay Commission may ring report on time

Seventh Pay Commission has ample time to submit its report to the government by the end of the year and government has everything in its hand to implement it right on time i.e. 1st January, 2016. If this happens it will be the first pay commission to be implemented on dot. This would be the remarkable achievement of 7th Pay Commission. Let’s see what happens.
