PHD. 1014/C.R. No.129/XXIX. In exercise of the powers of Central
Government under section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881
(XXVI of 1881) entrusted to it by the Government of India. Ministry of
Home Affairs vide its Notification No. 39/1/68/Judl-III, dated the 8th
May, 1968, the Government of Maharashtra hereby declares Public Holidays
on account of General Election of 2014 in the concerned Parliamentary
Constituencies indicated in the Schedule as below:-
