This is the right time for UPA Govt to take a decision immediately on constitution of 7th Pay commission for giving it effect from 01/01/2016 and to merge the 50% DA with the basic Pay as we are noticing the prise rise of essential commodities are higher side.

The money is stumbling, day by day foreign currency costs higher , rupee falls market is so dear that living standard gradually going down, hike of DA twice a year actually does not support the loss of strength in salary if rate of depreciation of Rupee is compared to the present financial market. So it is high time to merge at least 40% Da with Basic Pay to compensate this background loss.
